Yes, Rock It is a Run Club ... but NOT your traditional Run Club. We are way more! We are an empowerment program for youth of all fitness levels. We use running and active games to help teach resilience and self-confidence.
We do this by transforming traditional running games and drills into powerful life lessons. Parents know when their children are with us, they are getting a great workout AND building strength of character.
Rock It Run Club believes that every child is able to compete and reach goals they once thought were beyond them. We have found that the 8 core principles we've put together create a unique and powerful curriculum; one which combines physical health (running skills) with strength of character to encourage a growth mindset in every child we meet.

Practices usually last one hour and are divided into three main areas. Warm-up and discussion, drill of the day, and end of class game. We want children to leave practice both sweaty and smiling!
